John McGovern

Personal Trainer, Motivational Coach and Nutritional Expert

John McGovern is a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach specialising in helping people find the right scientific and proven approach to accelerated weight loss.

He is also a junior fitness coach, offering specialised introduction to fitness classes for kids wanting to get more active, as well as those looking to work on their fitness for their sport.

John is a motivation coach, nutrition advisor and fitness trainer who can make the whole journey of getting fit and healthy an enjoyable one and one that ensures the result you desire.

As well as being a Personal Trainer, John also provides group exercise classes for those who want to work out with like – minded individuals without the 1-2-1 session price tag.
