We provide term time group classes as well as holiday camps so your children can stay fit and healthy.

It’s more important than ever for your child to keep fit and eat well. That’s why we provide both term time exercise programmes as well as holiday camps.

Term Time

Term time exercise program designed for children that are either not currently active and/or need to improve their fitness, strength and mobility levels, as well as those that are active and need to keep up their fitness levels.


Holiday Camps

Our Holiday camps run throughout the holiday periods and are designed to help keep your child active. It's important to maintain a level of fitness over the school break and will also help them to burn off some of that unwanted energy!
